Return Policy
Our return policy allows for a full refund (excluding postage fees) on all stock items within seven days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Please note that specially or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged in transit.
Postage Policy
At Firefly Boxes, we charge postage at cost all items sent via 'An Post'. The total is influenced by both the weight and size of your package.
We offer a selection of postal services for you to choose, ensuring you find the option that best suits your needs. For added peace of mind, select a postal service that includes tracking and insurance, as Firefly cannot be held responsible for lost items unless these services are chosen.
